Annual reports before 1956 are in hard copy and can be located through the online catalog (see a librarian for assistance); 1956-1968 (microcard); 1969-1977, 1996 (microfiche) are in call number *XLF-456. Recent annual reports or 10K's are available also from the web sites of many publicly-held companies, generally listed under "Investor Relations" or "Shareholder Information."

10K Reports

All publicly held companies are required to file annual financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). 10-K reports are available in microform from 1978 to 1996 in the call number *XLF-456. Microform 10K's for the years 1991 thru 1996 can be found in the Microform Reading Room.They are available on Mergent Online (EIC) from 1994 to date; and through the SEC's EDGAR database. Complete retrospective 10-K reports are only available from the Security and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC, Telephone: 202-942-8090.
