Do you know if Maud Churchill Nicoll was related to Winston Churchill in any way? Also, do you know any famous American women who knitted for the war effort of World War I? I do know that Eleanor Roosevelt knitted in New York at the time and then again in World War II. I am researching famous knitters who knitted during the various wars, i.e. Martha Washington during American Revolution and would appreciate it if you have any names for me. Thanks, Diana
