Alzheimer's Foundation of Staten Island
"The Alzheimer's Foundation of Staten Island, Inc. is a voluntary health agency dedicated to research for the prevention, cure and treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The Foundation provides support and assistance to the afflicted patients and their families. The Alzheimer's Foundation of Staten Island carries out this mission locally to the 11,000+ patients suffering from this disease."

The Grace Foundation
