Visit the Mid-Manhattan Library's Job Information Center for up-to-date information on looking for a job, researching careers, or exploring a career change. This includes materials on different careers, resume writing, job search strategies, and self exploration. Browse classified ads, or attend one of our many free workshops.

Education Collection This is an NYPL Resource
Visit the Education Collection at the Mid-Manhattan Library for directories of colleges and universities, distance learning, vocational programs, and financial aid information. We have test preparation guides for the GED, United States citizenship test, GMAT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, NYSTCE (ATS-LAST), SAT and study material for NYC's 4th and 8th grade standardized tests. Applications for a number of these tests are also available.
