Classified ads from most daily and weekly New York City newspapers are posted on a bulletin board.

There is also information on civil service, education, and job skills training programs; management training programs; directories of potential employers in all parts of the country; and study handbooks for civil service and professional exams.

The Job Information Center also offers by appointment DISCOVER, an interactive computer career choice program, which can be a valuable tool for career changers and career information seekers.
