Win Sheffield is a career coach in private practice in New York.  After twenty years at Citibank, J.P. Morgan and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Win Sheffield made his own transition into career coaching.

He has an M.B.A. from Boston University, an undergraduate degree from Kenyon College, and is certified as a career coach through the Five O’Clock Club where his groups meet on Monday nights.

He has studied counseling at General Seminary and Myers-Briggs at the Jung Institute.

Mr. Sheffield has spoken and taught career courses at The New York Public Library.  St. Bart’s and at alumni clubs in New York on topics such as Networking without Anxiety, Negotiation: Winning for Both Sides, Interviewing Doesn’t have to Make You Sweat, Organizing Your Job Search and Managing Your Career from Inside Your Job.

Win Sheffield is active in coaching and career groups and in Toastmasters and serves on a number of foundation boards.

Lynn Berger, MA,EdM, is a National Certified Counselor, Professional Certified Coach and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in helping people make the most out of their lives.  She has appeared as a guest host on a number of radio shows nationwide, has been interviewed on a variety of television news programs and featured in such publications as the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, Newsday, BusinessWeek.com, and CNNfn.com.  In addition to her private practice, Ms. Berger conducts work-life seminars in the New York City area.  Lynn Berger received both her M.A. in Organizational Psychology and her Master of Education in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University. 

She is a member of the Association of Career Professionals International, Career Development Specialists Network, and the International Coach Federation. She lives in New York City.

Kay Gimmestad is a business and personal coach.  She has more than 20 years of experience in the profit and not for profit sectors of Health and Human Services and Human Resources.

Ms. Gimmestad has achieved a successful track record in engaging a wide range of corporate and private clients, both individually and in groups.  She is highly skilled in facilitating change around such issues as substance abuse, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, stress/wellnes, communication skills and performance management.  Kay Gimmestad has worked as a clinician in the mental health field for more than 20 years.

She earned her Master’s degree in social work from New York University School of Social Work and is credentialed as a substance abuse professional.

Carol Anderson is a member of the Career Development Specialists Network (CDSN).  She has worked extensively with individuals in transition in a wide range of professions and industries.  Ms. Anderson maintains a private practice in addition to her work as Director of Career Development and Placement for the Milano Graduate School of New School University.  Ms. Anderson’s expertise is in guiding the development of a career focus and skills portfolio to foster career resilience in a global marketplace.  She is an advisor to the Wharton Alumni  Club of New York, an “ask the experts” panelist for College Recruiter.com, a regular presenter of job search workshops to Job Seekers of Montclair, and a frequent speaker to professional association and job search groups.  Ms. Anderson holds an MBA in finance from Rutgers University and has completed graduate coursework in career counseling, managing in a global context and change management.

Karen Palevsky is a career counselor with particular expertise in resume writing and job search skills coaching.  Ms. Palevsky manages a private practice with a diverse client base, providing one-on-one counseling and conducting workshops on career management issues.  She also consults for Lee Hecht Harrison, a leading outplacement firm.  Ms. Palevsky holds an M.A. in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and a certificate in Adult Career Planning and Development, both from New York University.  She is a member of the American Counseling Association, the Career Development Specialists Network (CDSN), and the International Association of Career Management Professionals.

Donna Sweidan    As a clinical career counselor and job search coach, Ms. Sweidan draws on 10 years of experience working with clients of all ages, cultural backgrounds and levels of professional development.  Her services include career coaching and assessment, resume writing, interview skills training, job search planning and graduate school applications.  She has had vast experience helping non-US citizens navigate the US job market.  Ms. Sweidan is bilingual and offers her services in both English and Spanish.

Prior to starting her business, Ms. Sweidan was the founding director of the Office of Career Development at the New School.  She holds a Master’s in Counseling and a certificate in Adult Career Planning and Development, both from New York University.

Ms. Sweidan is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Certified Five O’Clock Club Career Coach and a member of the Career Development Specialists Network (CDSN), The International Association for Career Professionals and the Westchester Career Counselor Network.

Judith Gerberg is a member of the Career Development Specialists Network (CDSN), the past President of the Career Counselor’s Consortium, creator of the Passion Projects™ workshops, and director of Gerberg & Company - a NYC-based career development organization.  For over 15 years, Ms. Gerberg and her team have been counseling, coaching and training professionals and working with clients individually, in small groups and across entire organizations.

Ms. Gerberg has appeared in publications ranging from Fast Company and the New  York Times to the San Francisco Chronicle.  She has also been a guest on numerous TV  and  radio programs.

Ms. Gerberg holds a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and a Master’s from New York University.  A founder of the New York Art Therapy Association, past board member of the New York Art Therapy Association, she is a National Board Certified Mental Health counselor and a Certified Career Management Practitioner (International Board for Career Management Certification).

Renee Lee Rosenberg has an MA in Vocational Counseling and over 20 years of experience as a career counselor.  She worked as an outplacement counselor for the UFT/NYC Department of Education, where she also conducted classes on human relations, optimism, stress reduction and laughter.  A past Vice President of the NY Association of Career Management Professionals, and a certified Five O’Clock Club career coach, Ms. Rosenberg has been interviewed and quoted frequently in broadcast and print media.  She is a member of the Career Development Network (CDSN) Program Committee.
