The Central Libraries > Donnell Library Center > Central Children's Room REQUESTING MATERIALS FROM OFFSITE STORAGE Books and other items with this status are housed at the Library's offsite storage facility, ReCAP, located in New Jersey. All are available by advance request, and you may ask for up to ten items at once. Though some material may take up to four days to arrive, most will be delivered to the Central Children’s Room within 48 hours. Central Children’s Room staff will contact you when the material is received, and unless otherwise specified will hold it for ten days. Requests for material can be made in person, by e-mail or by telephone. Author, title and Dynix number from the LEO catalog will be REQUIRED for each item. Contact information for the customer should include name, borrower card number, day and evening telephone, and email address. All requests must be made through the Central Children’s Room, and all materials will be viewable only at the Central Children’s Room. Central Children’s Room
